Tanning Ledges & Baja Shelves

Integrated & Spillover Spas
A spa built into the shell or raised beside it, spilling back into the pool. Pools and spas share the same equipment pad, which is cheaper to run and tidier to plumb than a separate hot tub.
Water Features
Waterfalls, deck jets and tanning-ledge bubblers, plumbed and valved during the build. Adding them after the concrete pool deck is poured means cutting into finished work.

Color-changing LED lighting in the shell and low-voltage lighting through the deck and hardscape, so the yard is usable after dark and the pool is visible from the house.
